As an agent for customer care and support you will report directly to the Branch Manager. You will offer day to day support to internal/external customers and employees.Your responsibilities will be:- Listen to customers questions and concerns as well as complaints and provide them with preferably tailor made solutions, where you will keep pricing and quality in mind;- Organize shipments, making you sure you will take care of the entire process from beginning to end, to ensure a high level of quality at the best possible price;- Look after and co-ordinate the customer order fulfillment proces. You will do this identifying, indicating, recording and maintaining information about customers, products and deliveries;- Manage and co-ordinate all activities that apply to drivers, suppliers and internal competence centers;- Acknowledge sales leads and other signals which can contain important information regarding (potential) new customers or customer trends.

What do we require: - Characteristics you can relate to are accurate, focused, stress resistant and a hands on mentality;- Besides all of the above you have strong communicative capabilities and have knowledge of transportations means, including administrative processes and good selling techniques; - Dutch vocational education level (MBO / MBO+);- Multiple years of experience in the field of transportation is definately a benefit;- Language skills verbal as well as writing in English and preferably German;- When asked, you will be able to hand over an actual certificate of good conduct;- Working shifts will be between 06.00-22.00 and during weekends.
